1. Promotion Period:
   • The promotion runs from August 1, 2024, to September 30, 2024.
   • The draw will be held on October 7, 2024.
2. Eligibility and Entry Conditions:
   • Entry is open to all customers with an active Dunning’s account within trading terms as of October 7, 2024.
   • To be eligible, participants must purchase lubricants from Dunning’s during the promotion period. Each product purchase equates to one entry, excluding grease cartridges where one entry will be either a carton of 12 or 20 cartridges depending on the brand (e.g., Shell grease cartridges come in a carton of 12 and Verus grease cartridges come in cartons of 20).
   • Participants can only win one BBQ, even if they have purchased from multiple locations.
   • Employees and immediate family members of Dunning’s Fuel are not eligible to enter.
3. Prize Details:
   • There are seven Weber Q (Q2000 – Classic 2nd Generation) Gas Barbecue LPG Portable BBQs to be won, each with a recommended retail price (RRP) of $589.
   • One BBQ will be awarded per depot location: Manjimup, Picton, Forrestfield, Northam, Wongan Hills, Karratha, and Broome.
4. Draw and Prize Allocation:
   • The draw will take place on October 7, 2024.
   • Winners will be selected randomly from eligible entries received from each depot location.
   • Winners will be notified via phone and email within 48 hours of the draw.
   • Winners will be published on the Dunning’s website and social media platforms.
5. Prize Claim:
   • Winners must claim their prize within 30 days of being notified.
   • If a prize is not claimed within this period, a redraw will be conducted to select a new winner. The redraw will occur 30 days from the date of the initial notification.
6. General Conditions:
   • Prizes are not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be redeemed for cash.
   • Dunning’s Fuel reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and to disqualify any entry that is not in accordance with these terms and conditions.
   • Dunning’s Fuel’s decision is final, and no correspondence will be entered into.
7. Promoter Details:
   • The promoter is Dun Direct Pty Ltd, trading as Dunning’s Fuel.

8. Publication of Results:
   • The results will be published on the Dunning’s website and social media platforms following the draw.
